Buenos Aires, November 16, 2025 (NA) -- The former First Lady, Fabiola Yañez, confirmed last night on Mirtha Legrand's show that she suffered physical violence at the hands of former President Alberto Fernández.

She then went into detail about the episode: "This was after an argument, it hurt me so much that I asked him, 'What did you do to me?'. He was just standing there as if nothing had happened." Yañez also added that the incident occurred "in front of the doctor at the Presidential Residence."

The former First Lady also spoke of a context of emotional violence.

In one of the most striking moments of the interview, the host directly asked her about an episode of aggression.

"What I want to know is, did he hit you?" Mirtha Legrand confronted her guest.

"For any woman who, for a certain time, is subjected to certain manipulation, certain humiliations, a bunch of things... all women have a time and a way," Yañez expressed.

"Of course they didn't let me leave," she concluded.

"Because we saw it in a photo," Legrand added.

Mirtha Legrand crossed Fabiola Yañez: "They were toasting while I saw my sister's coffin on television."

Fabiola Yañez, visibly affected, did not dodge the question and confirmed the fact: "Yes, it existed."

Did that black eye exist?
